[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pressure washer was very easy to put together.  It has 3 different sprayer attachments that comes with it.  I used the zero on a section of my concrete.  It cleaned it great!  It was super easy to hold and it did not get me wet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is so lightweight and is mostly made of plastic as far as the exterior, so I wasn't sure if it would be that great. Just try it, you'll be sold! It has excellent pressure.

I love that it came with all part announced. Very easy to use and to handle. It is not heavy and I love that it has wheels so it can be transported easily. The gun has a nice grip, comfortable for the hands. Highly recommend it

Excellent product

Everything awesome except the soap sprayer head. Thats not atall convenient. Always falls down. Rest everything is just very good.

Best product thus far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product was easy to use once it was put together.  Following directions is a must for assembly.  Changing the sprayer nozzles is also very easy.  The product has 3 different widths of spray, and of course the most narrow one worked the best on cleaning the crud off the driveway.  The wider sprays still worked, but you had to hold it really close to the concrete.   All in all, it worked well getting the crud off the driveway.   We also tried it on the gutters and it worked well.   I believe it would work really well on house siding.

I bought it as a backup, never open it till yesterday.  When I open it, I found the wheel shaft is broken before I use it. 
I used it once it works fine.

I am completely frustrated with this product and lack of customer service both from Walmart and SunJoe. I bought this pressure washer during thanksgiving sale from walmart .By the time i got to use it i realized the pressure washer does not work so i emailed and contacted both the companies to return and refund the pressure washer. But they both companies have refused to refund my purchase because they think i should have used it in the winter and snow and got feedback before the 90 days was over. Thats crazy because you cant and wouldnt be using pressure washers in the michigan snow in the winter but that common logic is hard for Walmart customer service to understand. I have the product ready to ship in its entirety with all parts and packaging but they wont process a refund for me. Just frustrating!
