This grill has all the features I need in a really good charcoal grill. Nice heavy cast iron grates and an adjustable charcoal grate to keep the heat as close or as far away as you need and provide plenty of oxygen to the coals. As a bonus it is removable to easily dump the ashes. The cooking surface is quite large. I took a chance on it because it was on sale for $67, and after using it for a month, I would recommend it at twice the price.

Great Grill

At the time, I was just checking Walmart’s online deals…sometimes you can find great deals… and I was needing a new grill… this one was on sale….64.00 regular 129.99… sooooo check… not to big but will grill 16 hamburgers….sooooo check…. 

Only drawback was the coal tray… it doesn’t seem to stretch across the whole bottom of the grill…not sure if it matters because I haven’t used it yet…

Loving our new grill! Easy to build, clear instructions and solid. Deep enough to fit large pan in vertically with space on the side. Even has a thermometer. Excellent value for the price.

Great size and easy to build.

I just love this grill, its sturdy, well built, easy to assemble. My 4yr old and I put this together on a whim one night. It took us 1hr and 25 minutes.
The price is wonderful and the grill is as described online. Great buy.

Quality Grill

Love the grill and the features, (dual cooking racks, thermostat, hooks to lift coals, side shelf, and wheels). I have not used it yet, but it was easy for my husband to put together. Only thing it is missing is a handle to roll the grill while hot

Setup is hard and takes a long time. Also had manufacturer issues. It shouldn’t be that hard. Otherwise it looks like a good product. In the photo you see the holes are not aligned properly.

Set up could be easier

we loved the grill. it is was better quality than expected and worked to perfection the first time we used it. then after the first time we cooked on it. then the second time we tried we couldnt because the grill had expanded maybe, the grates no longer fit into their track. so hubs is going to put some metal 90⁰s along the tops for the grates to sit on.  Charbroil, this is a bad look for you. this quality doesnt make me want to buy another charbroil product.

design has a fatal flaw

I bought this for my husband and he hates it!! The grates are too small ....by a half inch or so...when he is grilling..they fall in wasting food and burning himself. He loves char broil products but is very disappointed with this one. Maybe a manufacturing flaw?

Great grill..minor flaw!

size no where close to what they say... barrel, where you put your charcoal, measures 22 in length by 20 in depth, can buy a larger size at home Depot for 99.00 with thicker metal, if only we'd known. very disappointing. they're measuring side panels etc.. ridiculous.

size not accurate...itty bitty..

this thing is junk. Nothing about this grill is any good. nothing matches up. the lid has a big gap in it and doesn't hold hear. smoke rolls out the gap so bad I couldn't use it. money wasted.
